Pedego Victoria Contest Terms and Conditions

1. **Eligibility**: This contest is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pedego Victoria, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. **Agreement to Rules**: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Pedego Victoria as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

3. **Contest Period**: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 22, 2025 and ending February 22, 2025. All online entries must be received by February 22, 2025 – 10:00 PM.

4. **How to Enter**: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at the Victoria Royals Hockey Game on February 22, 2025. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Pedego Victoria.

5. **Prizes**: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive prizes including
(1) ABUS Goose high security bike lock,
(1) Lazer Codax Kineticore bike helmet,
(1) Pedego universal fit cell phone holder. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Pedego Victoria.

6. **Winner Selection and Notification**: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Pedego Victoria. Winnes will be notified by Phone and Email within five (5) days following selection of Winners.

7. **Marketing Consent**: By checking this box, I understand and agree that Pedego Victoria may send me promotional emails about their products, services, and events. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email.

I acknowledge that my information will be used in accordance with Pedego Victoria’s Privacy Policy and that I have read and understood the terms of this policy.

8. **Terms & Conditions**: Pedego Victoria reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Pedego Victoria’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

9. **Governing Law**: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Pedego Victoria in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of British Columbia.
